# Staking Boosters

Staking Boosters integration within Safe Staker is a game-changing feature that links your staking rewards to community engagement directly in Discord.

Don't confuse this with typical engagement bots like BEB; this system only enhances your existing staking rewards. Here’s how it works:

* **Relative Boosting:** Your staking reward boost is based on your activity in comparison to others. For example, if you rank 10th among 100 active members, you’ll get 90% of the maximum boost. **Example:** If the max boost is 20% and your staking reward is 100 points, you earn **18 extra points** per NFT.
* **Boost Reset on Claim:** Your chat boost score resets every time you claim NFT staking rewards to keep the competition fresh.
* **Fair Competition:** Staking boosters are only considered for users active within the last x days (x = staking duration set by admins) ensuring fair comparisons and preventing manipulation.
* **Max Staking Boost Percentage:** Admins can configure the maximum boost percentage to control the extra boost per NFT.
